Privacy, in plain words.

When you join, Stripe collects your name, email address, phone number and your bank account details for Direct Debit on its own secure page, and keeps them on file to take your monthly membership. Members who joined earlier by card have their card kept on file in the same way. Jack's Gym receives your name, email and phone number. It never sees your bank or card details.

Jack's Gym uses those details to set up your founding membership, take your monthly payment, and contact you about it. Nothing else. Your details are not sold or passed to anyone else.

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics tracking. The one exception is Stripe's own payment page, which has its own privacy notice. If you arrive from a tagged link, such as Jack's Instagram, your browser remembers that tag for this visit only, so Stripe can tell Jack where his founding members heard about the gym. It is not sent anywhere else and it is gone when you close the tab.
