Your membership, in plain words.

1. £10 today is your first month. It runs from opening day, 1 October, to 31 October.
2. From 1 November your membership is £35 a month, taken automatically from the card you join with. We email you before the first £35 goes out.
3. Cancel any time with one month's notice. Email [email protected] or write to Jack's Gym, 37 Lombard Street, Stourport-on-Severn DY13 8DX, with your name and the date you joined.
4. You have the legal 14-day right to cancel from the day you join, for a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
5. If opening slips more than four weeks past 1 October, everyone is offered a full refund.
6. No joining fee and no long contract. Your membership agreement is signed at the gym once it opens, and you'll see it before you sign.
7. Payment is taken by Stripe on a secure page. Jack's Gym does not receive your full card number or security code.
